“The Eiber Neighborhood’s main summer event is this coming weekend!

Hotdogs and Horseshoes at Richey Park – Saturday August 18, 11am–3pm – 13th and Carr.

Come join your Eiber neighbors for a potluck picnic and the inaugural George Lopez Memorial Horseshoe Tournament this Saturday. BBQ meat (hot dogs, hamburgers, veggie burgers, etc) and refreshments will be provided; bring a side dish to share if you wish, or bring your own BBQ meat if you prefer something out of the ordinary; we’ll cook just about anything! The horseshoe tournament will feature prizes, there will be drawings for neat stuff, and plenty of side activities for the kids, including the recently renewed playground. Bring a lawn chair or picnic blanket.”
