Retaining wall construction between 6th Avenue and 8th Avenue, east of Simms Street and between Harlan and Sheridan at approximately 12th Avenue is also scheduled to begin in late November/early December. Residents along 13th Avenue between Oak and Sheridan can expect grading and earth moving activities to begin next month and continuing throughout 2010.
