Eiber Neighborhood Association Our Mission
Working with the City of Lakewood, we developed the Eiber Neighborhood Plan. Our Mission is the successful implementation of the Plan.
The Plan is focused on maintaining the neighborhood's low-density, single-family residential character, improving the appearance and condition of apartments in the area, and mitigating the impacts of the 13th Avenue West Corridor light rail line. The Plan addresses five major areas:
- Land Use and Property Maintenance
- the 13th Avenue Corridor
- Traffic and Public Works
- Public Safety
- Community Resources and Activities
